Located eleven stories above the Strip, the restaurant serves gourmet French food with a view of the city’s lights below. You can customize your own proposal package to include everything from a seasonal tasting menu from the chef to a special window table, pick from a bottle of wine or Champagne, and you can’t forget the flowers and photos. You can even pick a special dessert that can house an engagement ring. If that’s not a proposal on Valentine’s Day, I don’t know what is!

This place will be sure to impress your sweetheart for years to come!
